That's why Secretary's Day (which is now known as Administrative Professionals Week) was created in 1952. The whole idea was to recognize the importance and value of these support roles in the workplace and encourage more people to become administrative assistants. April 23-27 we traditionally take the time to appreciate all the hard work our office support staff do to help us each and everyday.
