The Bog Wedding

Danielle & Brian = Meant to Be!
A Gorgeous October Wedding

Photographer - Lanari Photography
Florist - Bank of Flowers
Reception - The Bog

A little throwback to the stunning wedding of Danielle and Brian, who tied the knot on October 14th.

The couple chose a beautiful arrangement of flowers for their wedding day. Danielle's bouquet was a textured handheld with stems including ivory roses, white hydrangea, burgundy hypericum berries, only one yellow rose, yellow spray roses, yellow solidago, and a mix of greens. The one yellow rose was to commemorate her father, and she brought in his ring to add to the bouquet as well. Brian's boutonniere included two ivory spray roses with mixed greens and burgundy hypericum berries.

Danielle and Brian's ceremony was held at their church, St. Mary's, where they exchanged their "I dos" in the company of many close friends and family. Their day continued on to the reception, which was held at The Bog, with the tables (and cake!) accented with flowers. They danced the night away, surrounded with so much love and laughter.

We were so thrilled to have been part of Danielle and Brian's special day! Congrats to the happy couple, here's to many years of happiness and memories!

Silverado's Grand Opening!

Bank of Memories & Flowers was honored to design and set up the flowers for Silverado Oak Village's grand opening on July 9th. Silverado Oak Village senior care community provides skilled memory and dementia care to seniors.

With the vibrantly bold yellows and oranges, our flowers complemented the beautiful decor at Silverado and received rave reviews from many guests and employees!

Not only did all of the dining tables and cabaret table showcase our work, but also every food station and even the bathrooms had a contemporary vasing, mounded with yellow, orange, lime and white flowers. The arrangements all included deep orange roses, white oriental lilies, white and green hydrangeas, bells of Ireland, white dendrobium orchids, gerbera daisies and alstroemeria.

We were so delighted to have the chance to return to Silverado just a few weeks later for "Make Someone Smile Week", sponsored by Teleflora. Each resident received a freshly potted plant in a smilely face mug -- the wonderful result was lots and lots of smiles and a thank you signed by many of the residents and staff!
