Turner Hall Ballroom

Elizabeth + Brian = Love

Ceremony and Reception: Turner Hall
Florist: Bank of Flowers
Photographer: Gloss Photography Studios
Month: August

What better place to get married than the heart of it all in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Liz and Brian planned their dream wedding so their guests could experience the urban beauty of our great city at the historical Turner Hall. Turner Hall Ballroom is a two story 7,000 square foot space that was originally used by German Immigrants of Milwaukee for weekly concerts, dances and theatrical performances.   This gem of a space was fully renovated in the early 2000 after nearly being vacant for 70 years.  Congratulations Elizabeth and Brian!

Tiffany & Pearls at Oconomowoc Lake Club

Florist: Bank of Memories & Flowers, Pewaukee
Month: June

From the beginning I knew I would enjoy working with Carly, Mitch and their families.  They were such a tight knit group, you could really feel the love they shared.

Carly had definite ideas for her wedding, from the colors and flowers, to the Tiffany boxes and pearl necklaces.  She loved a particular bouquet that we designed for the Wonderful World of Weddings bridal show in January.  We were able to recreate it down to the pearl brooch.

Carly's bridesmaids carried cream and coral bouquets of hydrangeas and roses that just popped against the Tiffany Blue gowns they wore.  The gentlemen wore a matching rose boutonniere.

The ceremony, and later dancing, took place in the Upper level Ballroom at Oconomowoc Lake Club, with its beautiful views of Oconomowoc Lake.  The reception was held in the Commodore Room, where each table was set with a Tiffany Blue box filled with hydrangeas, roses, hypericum berries, and strings of pearls.   The "topper" of the day was the yummy chocolate ganache wedding cake topped with coral roses and white hydrangea.

We wish Carly and Mitch continued joy and happiness.
