Roof Top Proposal

Top of the World!
Cait and Dave = Match Made in Heaven

Month: November
Florist: Bank of Flowers
Wedding Planner: Weddings With a Twist
Photographer: The Keel Collective
Location: The View at Evolution

This styled proposal is a dream come true! We were so thrilled to have been apart of this gorgeous shoot, breathtakingly captured by The Keel Collective.

The location for the proposal was perfect! The View at Evolution was a stunning backdrop for Cait and Dave's proposal. The 'view' of Milwaukee brought a chic twist to the romantic occasion. It was also surprising warm despite being November!

For the flowers, we stuck to gorgeous whites, nudes, and a few simple greens for the surprise proposal. These elegant arrangements tied the scene together for Cait and Dave.

Once the engagement went underway, the newly engaged couple not only shared a lovely evening with jaw dropping views, they also had two tickets to see a Broadway show! We couldn't be happier for them and all from Bank of Flowers wish them the best.

Kellie & Mike, Love at Best Place

Kellie + Mike (And Hayden)
Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery

Month: September
Ceremony & Reception: Best Place, Milwaukee

Kellie and I sat down at her initial consultation in the Pewaukee store and she loved yellow! Sunflowers were her focal flower of choice, but after much discussion during and after the consult, she decided to drop the sunflowers completely and go with flowers that were a little more fun and unusual!  Kellie's bouquet was a mix of yellow and grey, including flowers like craspedia (otherwise known as Billy Balls), yellow orchids, spray roses, and solidago came together in a hand-tied style bouquet, accented with grey brunia berries and dusty miller and finished off with rustic burlap and twine.  Her bridesmaids wore shades of grey, and carried petite hand-tied bouquet of craspedia with a collar of dusty miller and wrapped with the same burlap and twine.   Kellie's flower girls tossed french petals in a shade of soft yellow.  Her choice in flowers was just right for the historic feel of Best Place, and we enjoyed creating something different for her.

Kellie sent us a note a few weeks ago, and we were thrilled to hear from her!
"Everything turned out better than we could have ever imagined!  Thank you!  We spent a week at Mike's family's cottage for our honeymoon, and I brought my bouquet along so I could look at it every day!  It was absolutely perfect!!! You did an amazing job!" - Kellie, the Bride

The staff here at Bank of Flowers gets so excited to hear from happy brides!  Wishing Kellie, Mike, and Hayden a fun and fabulous life together!  Congratulations!

Milwaukee Public Market Wedding

Morgan and Jesse,
A Milwaukee Public Market Wedding

Month: August
Florist: Bank of Flowers
Ceremony: Grace Lutheran Church, Menomonee Falls
Reception: Milwaukee Public Market, Downtown Milwaukee

From the colors of the wedding, to the cheery flower choices, I knew Morgan and Jesse would be a fun couple to work with.  And the venue, the Milwaukee Public Market, was equally unique.  This cute couple chose a vivid Teal and bright Coral as their focal colors, with the floral bouquets and decorations ranging from whites and soft creams, to peaches and corals.  The bright gerbera daisies really show off this couple's fun-loving side, as do the bride's bright shoes and the groom's sassy socks!  The Bank of Flowers team and I really enjoyed being a part of their special day. Congratulations Morgan & Jesse!
