Rain on Your Wedding Day is a Day of Luck

Ceremony & Reception: Silver Spring Golf Club
Month: May

Even with the sky covered in gray and rain drops falling all day, Lindsey and Tom were in perfect spirits. Before the wedding, Lindsey and her bridesmaids grabbed white umbrellas to take some pre-wedding photos. Even in the rain, the girls were all beaming with excitement.

Lindsey and Tom were married on the rooftop of the Silver Spring Golf Club in the venue's new white covered tent. The bride and groom were framed with a soft baby's breath garland.

The bride and bridesmaids carried lush ivory and pink peonies, fragrant ivory garden roses, textures in dusty miller and seeded eucalyptus, and finished off with unique succulents.

The reception carried on into the Tremont Ballroom where the bride and her sister hand-painted each mason jar in aqua to match the theme of the wedding. A mix of fresh greens and baby's breath filled the jars, which were placed on a slab of local Wisconsin wood.

The two tiered cake covered in aqua and adorned with a lush peony complimented the entire room.

We wish Lindsey and Tom all the best and many days of sunshine!
